iPhone & iPad — one tap
Easiest way: install a setup profile and your Mail
app is configured automatically.
Enter your email address above to enable this.
Heads-up: iPhone will show “Unverified” in
orange while installing — that's normal for email profiles and safe to
continue. Tap Install anyway, then enter your email
password when asked.
Steps after you tap the button
Tap Allow if asked to download the profile.
Open Settings → Profile Downloaded (near the top).
Tap Install (top right), enter your passcode, tap Install again.
When prompted, enter your email password and finish.
Open Mail — your account is ready.
Prefer to set it up by hand?
Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Mail Account.
Enter your name, email, password, then tap Next.
Make sure IMAP is selected.
For both Incoming and Outgoing, use host mail6.webdfw.net, your full email as the username, and your password.
Tap Next, then Save. (Use the ports/security shown above if asked.)
Android (Gmail app & others)
Android can't use install profiles, so enter the
settings above. Steps for the Gmail app:
Open Gmail → tap your avatar → Add another account.
Choose Other.
Type your email address, tap Next, choose Personal (IMAP).
Enter your password, tap Next.
